Carmelized Onions
Chop up 3 white onions.
Place in frying pan lightly coated with Olive oil.
Toss onions to coat with the oil.
Turn heat on Med High, let onions sit for abt 8 min.
Stir & repeat. Wait again..8 min again. Stir & repeat.
They will begin to lightly brown.
When they have reduced in size, wilted & browned
almost to the point you desire, add abt 1/4 C white sugar.
Stir & then add 1-2 Tablespoons low sodium Soy sauce (secret ingredient
That gives it a kick).
These are great with Hamburgers, Fajitas, on Pizza, Steak,
Chops, etc.

Mmm, I love these, but I have never tried them with soy sauce. I will definitely let you know when I do!
I love caramelized onions, I just put them into some cooked greens the other day!
