Happy Halloween!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE !!!!
Don't Know WHAT to do with all that leftover Halloween chocolate?
Make a batch of Brownies! While it is baking, unwrap & chop up the
candy bars - choose combinations that work well with each other.
You can immediately sprinkle on warm, just out of the oven Brownie
(it will make a great 'frosting') OR cool Brownies, frost & then add them.
One of my favorites is Mint Andes umm
This is Chocolate frosted Brownies topped with Heath Bars.
I named it Chocolate Concussion.

A great tip my friend Robin gave me, is USE a PLASTIC knife to cut Brownies.

They will cut nice & clean - no messy irregular crumbly irritating edges and globs of brownie stuck to the cutting knife. lol

(see photo above)

Try it next time you whip up a batch.

I was watching Paula Deen the other day and she poured half the batch of brownie mix in the pan, then laid three large hershey bars on top, and then poured the rest of the brownie mix on top. It looked sooo good!! Maybe I should combine Paula's idea of putting the candy bars in the middle of the brownies and your idea of sprinkling chopped up candy bars on top! What would you name that? Murderous brownies??? :D

Jordan just told me about your new blog. She also made brownies with halloween candy topping (Snickers) and, well, they lasted for 24 hours. Yes, our family of four polished off the 9x13 (??? i think) pan of brownies.
