I just received a "New & improved" paddle for my Kitchen Aid mixer.
It has a 'wiper blade" on it that continuously scrapes the sides & bottom of the bowl! How inventive & WHY didn't I come up with this???
It claims to cut mixing time by as much as
50 % !
............Too bad it doesn't also remove 50 % of the recipes' calories..... anyway I can't wait to try this out.
